This was a fun movie with unexpected singing from some of my favorite actors/actresses. Some parts were very hysterical. An absolutely joyful experience. In fact the music was so lively, I bought the soundtrack. FUN, FUN, FUN

I remember first seeing the Jonas Brothers in a music video for "The Year 3000" over two years ago and being curious about them. I finally broke down and figured I might as well see why teenagers like them so much, and I got their new album "A Little Bit Longer".
It is nice that they write their own songs, and they are very sincere, and it is nice to see a group of young men who are not singing about sex. So, I defnitely understand their appeal. At the same time, since I am 23yrs, I can't help but wonder if this band will evolve or stay in the mold that Disney will try to keep them, or will they end up like Lindsay Lohan or Hilary Duff?
As for this album, it is actually a very pleasant experience. ... Read More:

I own this wonderful collection. ABBA are one of my favorite groups.
But why did they leave out "I do, I do, I do"? It would have made an
even twenty songs on the CD.

Randy Newman is a national treasure. His music (lyrics) have always been highly engaging--humorous, serious, intelligent, satirical, insightful, lyrical, relevent, and irreverant. Harps and Angels is no exception.
Harps and Angels is as good as his best and rooted in today's world and national issues. If you like Sail Away, Short People, Leave Your Hat On, Rednecks, My Old Kentucky Home, Big Hat No Cattle, Riders in the Rain or any other of his songs that strike a chord in you, buy this CD! It has "out loud" laughs, "oh my he said that" smiles, "I am so glad I heard this" moments throughout. The songs each tell a different story about a different thing about life in 2008. Politics, immigration, education, family, growing old, and and employment. ... Read More:

alright, everyone knows about slipknot. if ya dont, get out from under the rock you live under. that being said, i was really surprised at how the music sounded for the new album. i enjoyed the last one, and i also enjoyed IOWA. i wasnt a fan of the s/t album as most "maggots" are. i dont consider myself a maggot, im more of a casual listener. in the end, this album is an evolution of the last album. if you enjoyed the last one, then this one may also do the trick. there more thrash riffs on this one. and less acoustic songs. thank god for that, i liked circle on vol. 3 but vermillion pt 2 sucked imo. its heavy, catchy and pissed off. which is how i like my music.

miley cyrus is one of the best teen pop stars out there. all of those others trying to be like her (demi levato and selena gomez) are pathetic there songs and voices suck and should never have been released. This album is such a great piece of music for the youngsters out in america. great job miley!

I have always loved The Verve. They're one of my all-time top 3 favorite bands. I've heard everything of theirs that I could get my hands on over the past 15 years or so. On their earliest singles, their The Verve EP, No Come Down, A Storm in Heaven, and A Northern Soul, The Verve are the perfect blend of heavy-mellow beauty with just the right amount of danger. On epic tracks like "Feel" they could simultaneously lull you into bliss and scare you into a cold sweat. To me The Verve was one of the best bands America ever almost missed. By the time Urban Hymns came out The Verve was so big in Europe that radio stations here had to pay attention. I've warmed up to Bittersweet Symphony over the years but Urban Hymns was an over-all let down for me. The Verve was a great band when they ... Read More:
