Still keeping in touch with their roots, but tweaking their successful formula ever so slightly to create a new sound that is still recognizably Weezer. Great album. Listened to it non stop the first couple weeks I had it.

I can't say I have been a fan of Paramore since day one because I had never heard of them until "Misery Business." But once I heard them, I couldn't get enough. I am absoutely in love with this cd, still, months later. There isn't a track on here that doesn't get you singing, humming, dancing, and grinning because each song is simply amazing. I hate to choose a favorite song, because I love everything Paramore does, from their own songs to covers. However, I would have to put "That's What You Get" as number 1. This song gets me singing every time. I rate each song 10/10 and I would recommend that you would seriously get this cd!! For this being their second album, Paramore is amazing! I can't wait to hear what they do next, because Paramore is seriously ... Read More:

To elaborate on the title, this was the first Weezer album I'd ever heard. I liked it, though parts of it sounded dated (I was going for that, anyway). But after hearing Blue and Pinkerton, I'm not sure how I feel anymore. On one hand, its decently catchy pop, but on the other, it doesn't come anywhere near the previously mentioned albums. The stand-out tracks would have to be "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived", "Pork and Beans", and "The Angel and the One". The rest is fairly forgettable, but its not BAD, like a lot of people say. Could be a grower in the months and years to come.

I have heard all the songs on Insomniac and Dookie and loved them. When I got this I was expecting kind of the same music but got totaly different and I like it.They kinda got away from their punk roots but that's fine by me.I love all the songs on here. The only song that I could live without was Rock and Roll Girlfriend segment on Homecoming. My personal favorite song on the album was either Holiday or Saint Jimmy. The lyrics are sometimes hard to understand because of his accent but you can always go on google to see what they are.The guitar, drum, and backup singers all are very talented and do a fantastic job.Recommended to any Green Day fan.

I got this cd when it had been out for 2 days. I have heard all the songs on this cd, It's not really like Relient K, but it's good enough to buy. Some of the songs are good and some are not. It does have a lot of old stuff and new stuff. Overall you might want to buy this cd.

Everytime I listen to this album it takes me back to my high school days. I recommend this to anyone who was a teenager in the mid to late 90s. If you enjoy this alum, I also recommend buying the music video collection dvd.

This Blue album could possibly be the best debut in the history of debuts. This is great in everly way. The only album better than it is Pinkerton. Songs like Only In Dreams and Surf Was America are really good and keep the album going through its hook anf catch filled debut. Recommend it anyone. (as well as their other albums)

Slightly Stoopids most recent album, Slightly Not Stoned Enough To Eat Breakfast Yet Stupid, is outta this world! The bring in their original beachragg blend with superior vocalistic styling. SS put one together for the ages! Styles ranging from grateful dead to suicidal tendencies to good old sublime, and last but not least their awe striking originals.
If this is a disk you don't have in your collection, I strongly suggest you at least check it out..... Then you'll buy.

this is such a fun album. most songs are perfect for the gym. people just like to label and put celebrities in a box and not let them change. this album is just different than her other albums. i see people bashing her as a fake poser, fake punk and that is so immature. you labeled her as one thing and then she evolves to a different artist and you feel like she is fake. wow people get a life!!!

The first time I heard Panic at the Disco's freshman effort, A FEVER YOU CAN'T SWEAT OUT, was when I borrowed it from my younger sister last fall in jokey preparation for a homecoming week stunt that involved my friends and I dressing up in tight pants, My Chemical Romance t-shirts, and black fingernail polish and pretending to be "emos". This should give you an idea of my attitude toward emo music and fashion in general. So unsurprisingly, I was entirely unimpressed by the band's run-of-the-mill punk/pop debut, and when the follow-up PRETTY. ODD. came out earlier this year, I never intended to give it even a first look.
Then I started to hear read snatches of reviews, rumors that Panic at the Disco had performed a perfect 180, abandoning their shoegazing for classic pop. I smiled knowingly ... Read More:
