This 1991 hit single from Seal is my favorite song by him to date. It is truly unique in a way that only seal could have done it. It is a very ominous dance classci with a mix of house dance beats but is meshed with a dark and cloudy day atmosphere to create one of the best dance singles of all time, at least to me anyway. The menacing rhythm and intense beats are the stuff of legend to me. 13 years after it's release it doesn't sound the slightest bit dated and is in fact far ahead of it's time and would sound more innovative than a lot of what we hear nowadays. It's that good! A highly recommended single.

So I bought it to support that but who knew that the second song entitled THERE FOR ME would be such a rare treat from Mariah. Wow, her powerful vocals really get a chance to soar on this one. This is true classic Mariah style happening here. Don't let this song get away from you just because you did'nt like Glitter......

Paul Oakenfool has turned out another bland remix. No surprise. I lost faith in him after his boring, no-fun remix of "What It Feels Like..." for Madonna. Faster Kill Pussycat & Starry-Eyed Surprise are his only favorable songs. Jason Nevins' remix kept the flavor of the original and added a Fatboy Slimish style to it. Go on iTunes and buy his remix of this. It's much better. ELVIS, YOU ARE SADLY MISSED! YOU WILL ALWAYS BE THE KING!!!

"Love's Divine" is arguably, one of the most beautiful and well crafted songs Seal has done to date. In fact, producer Trevor Horn did a remarkable job on Seal IV with his production. However, this CD-single is only for techno whizzes or disco lovers. The original album version is not here. Of the five mixes, the "Passenger Radio Mix" is the most faithful, but the others are variations on the theme with some (actually good) remixes with the standard dance beat.

With Ringo Starr and Jeff Lynne on hand, and a melodic number to work on, Sir Paul McCartney has delivered a most entertaining CD single.
Supporting tracks are also creative, in the "Beatles" frame of reference.
This was a fine follow-up to the "new" Beatles' singles of 1995-1996, Jeff Lynne in the booth.
Yes, there's some of the Beatles here, some of Wings...alot of Sir Paul.
It's interesting to reflect that the "Run, Devil, Run" CD was right around the corner - we were suddenly back in the Cavern - back to his roots. But in the same musical "world".

This is one of George Michaels greatest uptempo singles ever. If you haven't heard it you don't know what you are missing. I mean the song totally switches up some after the bridge, I LOVE this song. You get the regular version, and a slower version. "I'm Your Man 1996" is here to but I was rather unimpressed with that song. Pick this up for "Fastlove." Great song, under-rated.
