I'm going to make this short and sweet because it truly breaks my heart to say what I have to say. I like to think of myself as the biggest T.I fan ever. I have thouroughly supported his career all the way back to "I'm Serious"..BUT ....Paper Trail just doesn't do it for me. I know that he is trying to evolve, but this is just not his best effort. I will still continue to buy his music on the release day, but I sure hope that the next album will restore the KING back on his THRONE!
Release Date October 09, 2007
Probably this CD got labeled with the Parental advisory sticker is because of the songs so Hott & sugar where the music may be a little bit rough for some people. All though there are some language in tracks 11 & the title song. However, don't let some of the language and sexual content discourage you from buying this CD. IF the members at the common [...] would probably put this CD at about 13 to 15 and up so you probably don't want your really young kids to listen to this. However if you are looking for one of those CD's that seem to bend several genres of music, buy this one.

I'm a big fan of Mitch Hedberg and was really excited to hear there'd be another album. I'd put it third after Strategic Grill Locations and Mitch All Together, but that's not to say its disappointing. He was still fine-tuning some jokes and some parts have the feel of a rough draft, but his improvising and casual approach to the set make it a good listen and a must for any Mitch Hedberg fan. If you haven't heard his stuff before though, Strategic Grill Locations is your best bet.
NOT! In fact this album is horribly disappointing... I just wanted to get your attention.
For a long time I was a hater and when Subliminal Verses came out, Duality.. that was sweet. I went back got the old albums. Honestly, I can say I was wrong about them to a point... however, I still find the entirety of any of their albums too chaotic to traverse. Not because their BRUTAL!!!11...OMFG??? Yeah, they're messy, sloppy, disjointed... not the musicianship, but the progression.. in song and from song to song.
And the problem persists, just worse. Waiting for this I heard Psychosocial, meh. Then I heard All Hope Is Gone, mmm.. Iowalicious. I was getting excited. Then I borrow it from my friend.... ZZZZZZZZ.....hmmmm...sorry... ... Read More:

I still remember when their self titled album came out. That one to me was a great album. Although there were some weaker songs towards the end, they were still pretty good. I must admit I never gave Time bomb or 15 their proper listens. Something I regret with Time bomb. After listening to them again recently I wish I have given Time bomb more of a listen. I have to say that I was disappointed in 15. It seemed to go in a softer direction, and the songwritting wasn't as strong, although I did like the little bit of experamenting they did. That leads me to this one.
In some ways I'm impressed and others not so much. It kind of has a same old buckcherry sound; which felt a bit stale at first. After more listens this didn't bother me anymore. Buckcherry ... Read More:

I absolutely adore this album. I am not too crazy about Amy Winehouse herself and her real-life rehab experiences but this album is just amazing. All the songs are so heart felt, so real, so full of emotion. I prefer some of the less popular songs to the ones that had huge commercial success.

When a band changes so much that it no longer even closely resembles its former glory we often hear the word maturation bandied about as the long suffering fans defend the suddenly discredited sad sacks they still listen to. Make no mistake about it, I am a music fan and as an artist myself I understand the need artists have to grow and evolve over time. But that is not what Staind have done.
After the success that came from the bands softer ballads of Break the Cycle it seems all Staind have left in them is one recycled power ballad after another. This is not maturation or evolution its pure stagnation. If you need any further evidence just look at who the band will be touring with--Three Doors Down and Nickelback for goddsake. Thats pathethic and so has each subsequent ... Read More:

Just to let the Amazon guy know, the Deftones didn't follow Korn into being, nor were they influenced by their music. If anything, Korn was influenced by the Deftones, who came together in 1989. Shows what Amazon knows.
