I'm not generally a Kid Rock fan, but I love All Summer Long and wanted to buy it on iTunes. Of course, I soon found out that none of Kid Rock's stuff is on iTunes (or any other download service.) Bummer. So I listened to some of the other songs on his web site and actually liked most of them. I bought the album and haven't been disappointed - it is really good! The more you listen, the more you like it. Of course, I have to screen the songs around my kids, but I have been enjoying it and just wish it didn't have "explicit lyrics" on some of the songs - but that's Kid Rock!

The music is good but the lyrics are pretty cheesy and lame. Undead is a great song and there's a few alright ones here and there but this is nothing special regardless of the other 5 star reviews on here. 90% of the lryics are aobut them trying to get women and just cussing a lot pretending they are touch and cool, pretty sad. Check out the new Slipknot that's worthy of 5 stars

This was a gift for my daughter. But, I have my own copy. It is wonderful, maybe his best.
I'm a great-grandmother, but I do love Kid Rock.

Good cd, glad I bought it, not like some only one or two songs are worth listening to, Iam not crazy with his slow stuff, but the rest of it is good.

Probably the only rap-metal album that honestly qualifies as any good, and definitely the most violently liberal album I've ever heard in my life. Not like I mind, of course. But if you don't agree with the politics, it'll probably hurt your enjoyment of the album. Enough of that, though. The point is that this band is awesome. Especially guitarist Tom Mollero, who comes up with brilliant riffs throughout and throws in all kinds of innovative, crazy solos that don't sound like they're coming from a guitar. The solo on "Killing in the Name" sounds like it could've came from a synthesizer, for instance. The stuff he pulls on "Take the Power Back" sounds like turntable work or something, his solo on "Bullet in the Head" seems a lot like a clavinet, and ... Read More:

Linkin Park has done it again. I loved Hybrid Theory, but this is probably my favorite CD that Linkin Park has produced to date. Everything is done better. There are more tracks, more songs, and broader emotional appeal.
Obviously hits like "Somewhere I belong" and "Lying away from you" are awesome. Other songs like "Nobody's Listening" are great as well. The songs combine metal, rap, and electronica extremely well. If you are a fan of any of those genres then this CD is for you. The songs appeal to your emotions. Whether you are feeling like an outsider or feel you have mistrusted, this CD has tons of songs for you.
I will say that I hated the song "Breaking the Habit". Many people enjoy the song, but I just do not. All the other ... Read More:

This a review of the mastering, It is BAD. Perhaps the most infamous victim of the loudness war, but I hear so little of it from fans. The music is OK, I guess, but the sound is AWFUL. Consumer, educate yourself. END THE LOUDNESS WARS. Go get Blod Sugar Sex Magic, (original issue) it is the same, only it sounds good.
