So it occured to me one day that I didn't own a single Beatles CD. Can you even believe it? Arguably the best band in all of rock and roll and not even a greatest hits on my shelf.

Since I'm a tad obsessive when it comes to stuff, I decided I didn't want any run of the mill Best Of, but instead wanted to go through and buy the albums from these boys the way they were originally sent out, so I decided I'd start with the albums that were what many considered to be innovative and the ones I knew I always wanted but never got.

Now my first impulse was to buy "the white album" but upon closer inspection I realized I wanted Revolver and Abbey Road first. And this week we have been playing this little gem on and off. I

If I were to be allowed five albums for the rest of my life, this would be at the top of the list. Just had to replace a missing album, and actually, as cheap as this was I think I'll keep buying CDs from Amazon. This one can never leave my collection, and if it does I'll have a replacement faster than you can say Pink Floyd.

Purchased this music CD for our 21 year old son who has a great appreciation for really good music. The music being produced since 1995 is a "joke" and our son knows that. He fully appreciates the genius of late 60's, 70's and early 80's musicians who knew how to write not only the music but also the lyrics. This album was a landmark album and still better music to listen than anything on the public airways today.

Pure Gold Vintage Tull. First, we have a DVD without breaks or comments during songs - Full Songs are Great. I find other DVDs with the comments and chatter mid-song a distraction.

The picture quality is excellent, even with the picture expanded. For the age of the film stock I was surprised at the clarity, even in the brighter scenes. I noted a prior review which indicated the picture quality was grainy - Mine was not through a 480P DVD player (Does not upconvert) and a 1080I 50 inch TV.

As some reviewers point out, the surround sound is a bit off - But with some tweaking of your system, the sound is excellent. The dolby 5.1 does sound somewhat muddy. The DTS soundstage has good high notes, but the low bass was just a little ... Read More:

The reason the other two members (John and Graeme) weren't in the video is because Justin plays Forever Autumn during the intermission, while the other two are backstage. So don't worry, they come back!!! This is a great buy, and the Moodies are a great band, so go ahead and add this to your hi-def collection.

Styx released their first A&M years collection 'Greatest Hits' in 1995. This is their second overall collection, with their first being 1975's Wooden Nickel Records 'Best of Styx.'

But this remains the most comprehensive collection of Styx on the market. All of the band's radio hits are here, and it also includes some popular album tracks and fan favorites as well. This collection spans Styx's A&M years, 1975-1995, a 20-year period.

Snakes & Arrows Live 2 CD Set

Rush opened the second leg of the Snakes and Arrows World Tour, here in Puerto Rico, April, 11, 2008. This concert was by far better than the concert at the Ahoy, where the album was recorded. The songs were in a slow tempo, YYZ was not the best version, but the album and the sound quality were outstanding. Anyway, not the best production of 'my favorite trio'. By the way Snakes and Arrows studio album is their best effort to date since Power Windows. Sorry, but the concert at the Puerto Rico Arena was a lot better than the Ahoy. But, you know as a great fan, looking forward to see them again in this tour.
