"Whole Thing" was being played in some store. I recognized Peter Gabriel and thought that the song was great, so I bought the album. Never imagined the whole album would be so good! I guess the "Big Blue Ball" is planet Earth, and great music is what comes out of it. Papa Wemba vocals and flamenco guitar, Sinead O'Connor and Chinese percussion, a Madagascan rapper, the ethereal "altus silva" (perhaps my favorite) with guitar synths and Papa Wemba's band. Absolutely original world music, out of this world!

1. Leona Lewis- Bleeding Love
Grade: A

Comment: This whole song is good. It is a good start despite not that rock.

2. Britney Spears- Break The Ice
Grade: B
Original Position: Now 27
Comment: I never hear Britney Spears sing this type of song before. It is a new but very good try for her. It was always worthy that a singer could sing many different kinds of songs. For the grade, I would give a better grade if this was a brand new song. However, it wasn't the case.

3. Cherish featuring Yung Joc- Killa
Grade: A+

Since I am so late getting into this, I am wondering, has anyone 'found' the missing songs on any other CD? If so, are they at all the same? As you can tell, so disappointed in this...everything here is great, but so much missing.......just not right!!

If you have seen the movie, then you know the music is great! This a fun CD to put in when your driving around with the top down on your convertible or riding in your jeep/old bronco. Parts of the movie come to mind when you hear the songs. Keeps you smiling.

This album deserves all the accolades it's received here. It's upbeat, amusing, entertaining, and not cloying. Love The Hoppity Song and La La La La Lemon best, but all tracks are good. Well, perhaps except the last one. Bend Down the Branches seems out of place and a bit pointless to me, but it's short. This CD is definitely good for the whole family.

I Can Only Imagine: Platinum Edition

I liked this cd a lot. It had quite a few of my favorite songs on it. Some were done by othere artists than the ones I am used to hearing on the radio, but they were very good versions. I was excited to find the Dallas Holmes song "Rise Again" as it is one of my all-time favorites.

Now That's What I Call Music Vol. 27

The last "Now" CD I bought was Now 6. This is the only one really that interested me since then, and I like most of the songs on it.
If you listen to Top-40 radio, and don't want to buy Britney Spears' new album, but like "Piece of Me," for example, it's good.

But if you've already bought Alicia Keys and Sara Bareillis, it's not that worthwhile.
Overall, though, it's a great album with lots of fun hits.
