CD-Charts Music : The 3rd World

The 3rd World

by: Immortal Technique & DJ Green Lantern

Release Date June 24, 2008
This album is awesome! I'm kind of biased, I'm a huge fan. Nevertheless, this album doesn't disappoint. Dj Green Lantern brings in a wide variety of tracks, a lot of jazzy stuff, that gives the album a great, almost old school feel. And of course, the lyrics are sophisticated, biting, sometimes funny, and always well-informed. Buy it! Support independent hip hop!

Release Date April 01, 2008
Here we go, another racist rapper who blames every problem he has had or people that look like him has ever had on white people, the beats are ok, all samples of other peoples music really, rhymes, well some will say truth but really not at all, immortal whatever suffers the big problem most people suffer, unable to except responsibility for their own mistakes and problems, I guess it's just easier to blame someone else for anything wrong in the world and who is the perfect scape goat for low self esteem ignorant racist people like this guy and ( most rappers ), the white man of course, if he has such a problem with America then maybe he should move back to Peru.

CD-Charts Music : Mortal Kombat

Mortal Kombat

by: The Immortals

Release Date May 31, 1994
Beneath the familiar red and black dragon head logo on this rare CD is an "excellent" set of 10 techno tracks dedicated to the stars of the world-renowned video game, Mortal Kombat. The music sounds very much like the electronic soundtracks used in racing games like Ridge Racer and Wipeout in the late 1990's, but it's overlaid with rapping, singing, chanting, and narration to create an adrenalin-charged cacophony of awesomeness sure to make you want to either get up and dance, or put on your ninja outfit and beat up a four-armed giant!

1. Johnny Cage (Prepare Yourself) - Crowds cheer as an announcer introduces "the blue-eyed actor from California," Mr. John Carlton, better known as Johnny Cage. Synthesized beats pulse as a male voice raps: "Be tough! ... Read More:

Mortal Kombat: Annihilation - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

by: The Immortals, Scooter, KMFDM

Release Date October 28, 1997
For all of you who liked the music from the Mortal Kombat Annihilation movie, I highly recommend this soundtrack. It is full of good songs, mostly heavy (for the fight scenes), but also a moment of Zen (Libra Presents Taylor- Anomaly). That is a very sweet song. If you like this compilation, check out the previous two, Mortal Kombat The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and Mortal Kombat More Kombat.

Great, heavy, grim, frost covered Black Metal. Nice music, cool lyrics, just a great classic album.

Sons of Northern Darkness

by: Immortal

Release Date March 05, 2002
Heavy and brutal yet at the same time "catchy" and listenable in its own way. This will be accessible to metal fans who think they don't like black metal. Immortal just plain kicks a$$. This a bone-crushingly intense black metal record that exhibits some finely-crafted tunes. Great production values. Good drum and guitar sound; the vocalist sounds like some evil froglike demon creature. Brilliant stuff.

Diabolical Full Moon Mysticism

by: Immortal

Release Date March 21, 2006
The most grim, kvlt black metal album Immortal ever did. Besides Pure Holocaust I would say this is one of the Greatest Immortal albums of all time. For fans of early Emperor (Wrath of the Tyrant), early Gorgoroth and Satyricon (Dark Medeival Times) Personally I really love this album but most people will say they prefer Sons of Northern Darkness. That album is really amazing but its not a evil and black metal as this album. Very raw sound, simplistic playing and Abbath sounds a bit different on this album then he did after it on Pure Holocaust and Battles in the North. Easily a 5 star album. Classic Immortal. True Kvlt Black Metal.

CD-Charts Music : At the Heart of Winter

At the Heart of Winter

by: Immortal

Release Date April 04, 2006
Immortal is a truly unique and great Norwegian black metal group, the lyrics in their songs have been inspired by occult themes and the Norwegian forests with its bitter cold climate and heavy winter. If you can look beyond the gimmicky face paint (they do look ridiculous almost like satanic members of Kiss) you'll realise what a great album this is, At The Heart Of Winter has great production value and a fantastic epic sound unlike their previous albums which were underproduced, the album also has some intricate guitar riffing and tempo changes while still retaining the blastbeats thats found in other Black Metal groups, the album was also produced by Peter Tagtgren who also produced for groups like Hypocrisy and Satyricon so if you liked those two then your going to love this.
