Ive been checking out lots of different hiphop/rap styles lately, and after previewing then buying this album, I have to say it's one of my favorites. The songs all are unique and I can listen to this so many times without getting bored of it! Mos(t) Def(inately) recommend this!

this album is tight. vivid rhymes by kweli alongside smooth beats by hi-tek make 'reflection eternal' a classic. talib's lyrics are on point with intelligence, wit and meaning, and leave you thinking, while hi-tek's beats will have your head noddin all day. this is essential kweli material and in my opinion some of his best work - by far one of my favorite hip-hop albums. check this one out without a doubt.

This album is exactly what the title says...QUALITY. Talib is still that same hip-hop artist that teaches us our black worth in a messed up society, of course to a hot beat. My favorite songs goes as follows on the album- Gorilla Monsoon Rap,Won't you stay, good to you and countless others. Kweli is the truth in a more fresh way I encourage all to get this album it is a must have in the Kweli collection. If you are new to Kweli then you will still enjoy this let it play from beginning to end, real underground flavor.

...because paying anything over 10 bucks for this would not be a good idea. If you were fortunate to remember to download this New Years Eve 2007, you would understand why it would be a free download. I didn't do so, and ended up paying for the CD (yeah I know...). The album itself sounds like a demo for Kweli and Madlib. To be honest, it doesn't sound like they show very little cohesiveness on the 9 tracks here. Neither of the two are not at their best. Only a couple of standouts here, which are "Funny Money", "The Function" featuring Strong Arm Steady, "Happy Home" featuring Candice Anderson. I probably wouldn't have purchased this (because of the price) if I had known that half the tracks are on the Beautiful Mix Tape 2. Those tracks are renamed for this disc. That said, the other half is pretty good, but nothing outstanding for Kweli. Track listing:
