Of all the CDs I have, and I have a lot - from old to new, rock to slow jazz, this is my all time favorite. Every song is wonderful. It takes me back to the 60s and the music I loved. I sing every word, with every song. It's THE BEST!

We were in an Italian restaurant and a CD was playing. The restaurant owner told me who the singer was and as soon as I got home I looked him up on Amazan. I love the entire CD. Alot of times you can order a CD and only like a few songs but all the songs on this CD are great.

If you're a Steve Tyrell fan (I am - I have all his stuff now), you'll appreciate this one. No big surprises, just smooth, solid performances.

The only reason he doesn't get five stars is purely out of respect for Frank.

Steve is a great singer. I just caught his show at THE CARLYLE in NYC, he is amazing on stage. His new cd on BACHARACH/DAVID tunes is coming out in '08.

This Time of the Year

This was the first Steve Tyrell CD that I've ever purchased and I was NOT disappointed! I prefer the more nontraditional Christmas songs, but Steve Tyrell's unique, gravely voice lent such a newness to even the traditional Christmas songs on the album, that I could play them over and over without tiring of hearing them. And the nontraditonal cuts on the album were superb! "This Time of Year" and "What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?" particularly standout. It's guaranteed that I will be sampling and buying more of his CDs.

Disney Standards

Disney Standards is a great album by Steve Tyrell honoring some of the very best of the music from Disney movies. WE get great songs on this album; and Steve's voice is just perfect for these numbers. The quality of the sound is excellent and the artwork is very smart--good job on that artwork!

The album begins with Steve Tyrell and Chris Botti performing "When You Wish Upon A Star" from Pinocchio. "When You Wish Upon A Star" always stuns me with its beauty and the child in me loves this song--and I always will love this song because of that child in me. I purchased this CD for my Dad for Father's Day. He loves Steve Tyrell (and so do I!) and has all his other CD's. This one is just as good as all the others. If you like Steve Tyrell, you must add this CD to your collection.

Steve is a new discovery for me, although he's been around awhile. His voice is unique-strong&,vibrant, his style is just right. This is my 3rd. cd of his, he just gets better & better with the old standerds, next cd of his will be a teaming of Rod Stewart---can't wait!!!! Just good singing!!!! & back ground, very up-beat.
