The platinum CD is a much better purchase. There are only a few good songs on this CD, and not some of the better ones that are alaphet related on Sesame Steet.

Kids Favorite Songs

When your child spontaneously starts singing these songs, and wants you to sing along with him (WITHOUT the CD playing!), you know he loves it. And he's not even 2 years old. Whenever we get him strapped into his car seat in the car, he immediatly starts asking for "Music! Music! Street! Street!", for sesame street music. We've got this CD, the new All-Time Favorites one, and Hot Hot Dance songs, and he loves them all. If your kids like watching Sesame Street, they'll love singing along with the characters to these songs.

The Best of Elmo

The CD came in excellent condition. It didn't sound like Elmo at first but maybe that was because we (my daughter and I) weren't watching him on tv. None the less this cd has been a life saver! My 9 month old daughter claps and "dances" everytime she hears "Elmo's Song".

Songs from the Street-35 Years of Music

Like many other people in their 30s, I grew up watching Sesame Street and had a few Sesame Street records that I listened to back then. Now that I have two small kids, it's been a joy to watch Sesame Street with them, even if the show has changed a bit from those early days.

I got Songs From The Street ostensibly for my kids to listen to, but in truth it was really for myself. Old favorites like "Rubber Duckie" and "I Love Trash" bring back good memories. My kids, on the other hand, couldn't care less. Ernie and Oscar are still on the show, but they take second fiddle to stars like Elmo and Abby Cadabby these days. Elmopalooza!

I am well into my young adult-hood and I LOVED Elmopalooza, the movie. When I saw the soundtrack was being sold I secretly knew I had to have it. I love the soundtrack. It's so sweet and light-hearted. The characters' voices are all over the CD and my whole family enjoys it! Great soundtrack and if you haven't seen the movie, I highly recommend it as well!

Kids Favorite Songs

My children are ages 9 and 2 and they both enjoy singing along with the music. I never hear he touched me or any arguing because they are too busy singing and having fun. You can't go wrong with Sesame Street.
