Unfortunately, my mother does not have the expertise on computers to understand the fix for the problem. I am going to have to buy her the DVD and specify to her to not purchase the CD. I can't believe that this is a known problem that you can get a settlement check for if you file it by the end of next month, yet these CDs are still being sold with this broken content!
