The first time I saw Kristin Chenoweth in a movie was the TV "Music Man". Just lately I listened to the "Wicked" soundtrack, and after that, I've been listening to Kristin's CDs whenever I can. This one is a jazzy, Broadway-type CD with fun, engaging songs. She's a different type of singer, and while not everyone might enjoy her voice, I really do. If you like Broadway, jazz, drama, romance, or just fun, catchy songs, this is a CD for you.

I must say, this is Disney's--no, ONE of Disney's best--Princess soundtracks. I have both the Disney Princess Ultimate Song Collection and this one, but this one has some songs I haven't learned yet. My favorite song is Put It Together, which has the Fairy Godmother's special magical phrase, "Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo." And it also has some songs that remind me of why I think Cinderella should be known as the Princess of Hope. Thank you, Disney.

This CD is a great piano rendering of some of the more popular songs of the 70's. I never liked Donovan much, but Rich's interpretation of Lalena is great. The best pieces on the CD, however, are both Beatles tunes: Julia and Blackbird. None of the songs have the feel of the 70's, but that is a good thing.

All songs were composed, arranged, and produced by him and they are lovely, moody pieces. What Impessionism is to painting, these songs are to piano music. Rich proves himself a wonderful talent on his own, but I hope he continues on with Garrison's weekly radio show too!
