He needs to give it up! R.Kelly's latest release DOUBLE UP, fails to bring that R&B feel to it. Yeah, it does bring more Rap than he usually does, and I can't lie..."I'm A Flirt," was a good song. But, as for the rest, it can all go some place else, so we don't have to hear it!

Normally i like to be alot more in depth with my reviews and really break down albums for you guys. But honestly, theres really not a whole lot to be said about this album besides its the best R&B album of the last 20 years, from the best R&B singer/producer/songwriter of the last 20 years, period. There really isnt words that can express how truly amazing this album is. Its in a league of its own. And the sad thing about it is, this album really gets looked over alot. It doesnt get nearly the credit it deserves. R. Kelly created a masterpiece with this album. This album is what helped make R. Kelly the legend he is today. i like this album, but i'm not crazy about it. the first cd, all the songs sound the same from the beat to what he's singing about. the second cd, is alright, but it could've been better.

Kells was the premeir R & B dude of the 90's till 2002, while Jay was one of the best and most popular MCs of the last ten years. So it just makes sense that 2 of the best to ever do it would get together to drop a gem. Right? Nope. These 2 guys just dont mix. But it was worth a try.

Now 6 is definetely the best CD in the Now series yet! I love it! Most of the songs are really good. I love ATC's "Around The World", as well as K-Ci & JoJo's "Crazy" because they have great lyrics and music. I also like Jennifer Lopez's song,, as well as Coldplay's and Destiny's Child's "Independent Women Part I", which is really good. Samantha Mumba absolutely has potential, and I really like Incubus' "Drive", because I love the lyrics a lot. But my 3 favorite songs are as follows: 3) Fuel's "Hemorrhage (In My Hands), because the lyrics rock as does the music. 2) 3LW's "No More" because it is just a great song! But number 1 is Crazy For This Girl by Evan and Jaron, because it has awesome lyrics, awesome music, an awesome beat, and Evan and Jaron have got GREAT singing voices! ... Read More:
