But Muse has something special -- this magnificent young band is perhaps the most powerful Britpop band to emerge in years. If you want comparisons, they're equal parts Radiohead and Led Zeppelin, with a unique sound that is both melodic and raw. Few debuts are as intense as Muse's "Showbiz." Bellamy's soaring, intense vocals, and the brilliant grinding guitars combine to create a song which is unlike much of Muse's earlier work - it seems that they are veering away from the Radiohead stereotype, towards territory which is entirely their own. Definitely five star material. |

DVD with "old" hits is a bonus but i can only watch it in computer 'cos Im in Iceland but this one is for US and Canada - Anyway, my mistake! I cannot say this cd is the best from Muse so far but whatever, all of them are good. Bellamy is a genious, no doubt. |
