Compre esta coleccion porque conocia algunas de las canciones, y debo decir que por el precio, ha sido una de las mejores compras que he hecho recientemente. El bolero ha sido un genero muy popular en las generaciones de mis abuelos y mis padres, y sus melodias son tan vigentes hoy en dia como lo fueron muchos anos atras. Luis Miguel interpreta estas inmortales canciones con un estilo unico y glamoroso. En resumen, estoy muy satisfecha con esta adquisicion.

Ok - with so many reviews what can I add? Surf guitar meets mariachi, say no more? Much more!! solid throughout - but rodriguez's elfman/surf/mariachi ironically classical (?) soundtrack touch somehow adds so much - w/ the exception of one outta control hornzaganza indulgence...which ends up working just right anyhow. If you saw the movie & liked the music then, don't hesitate to purchase the cd - it may well be one of the best you'll ever own. It is mine, out of a few thousand...

No soy un fan de Luis Miguel ni un admirador, difícilmente compre un disco suyo. Pero entiendo que hay que ser justos, este es un disco muy válido, perfectamente logrado. Cuando hace ya mas de una decada recibí este disco como un regalo, lo habré escuchado un par de veces y hasta hace pocos dias, quedó lisa y llanamente descartado en mi colección. Creo que detestaba este trabajo. Pero cuando lo volví a encontrar, decidí darle otra oportunidad, y ahi me di cuenta que estuve equivocado. Es un disco que ha dado nueva vida al bolero, lo ha modernizado, y fue un factor de difusión decisivo. My wife is a fan of Luis Miguel. When I saw this 2 CD set I had to get it for her as a surprise. The one surprised was me. I think Luis Miguel is one of the very best male vocalists alive today. His sheer power and mastery of music is outstanding. His CDs sound like his concerts. He belts it out with all he has when he sings live.

I recommend this CD for guys to buy for their wives and girlfriends. It will really go a long way as a gift. If you saw the Luis Miguel concert, it will bring back a really enjoyable concert experience.
