I have the soundtrack for the Stand Alone Complex and it is pretty good. So I thought that this soundtrack would be similarly quirky and full of good techno. No dice. This was uniformly bad.

If you like music that will take you to another level then this is a CD for your collection. The pride of the CD is cut number ten that is labled Parade. It is about ten minutes in length and is totally engrossing. You will love it!!

Ranma 1/2: Opening Theme Song Collection

Awesome CD! I actually got this CD a while ago but I've just gotten around to writing a review now. ^-^ EVERYONE should get this CD, Ranma fan or not! Who cares if you can't speak Japanese?! (Personally, I'm drawn to non-English music...) My only prob with it is the translation. From what I've seen, the translator of the songs was not very fluent in Japanese or English, take your pick. Such as, "zettai" is translated as "no way", but actually means "absolutely". Hmmm... But, who cares about the translation! It's all Greek to me! You gotta love this CD!! (Hey, that rhymes! Maybe I should write poems instead of reviews...) My favorite songs are, ahem... : Don't Make Me Wild Like You, So Many Mem'ries, Zettai and No More Tears. They make me happy just listening ... UFO Princess Valkyrie Universal Music

This album contains the themes from UFO Princess Valkyrie season two. The tracks were enjoyable, although most were more dramatic and subdued compared to the first season. One of the most noteworthy tracks was 'December Princess',which had a beautiful but melancholic melody. The only downside to this album was that it didn't contain the opening theme, otherwise this is a must buy for fans of the series.

This album contains the themes from UFO Princess Valkyrie season two. The tracks were enjoyable, although most were more dramatic and subdued compared to the first season. One of the most noteworthy tracks was 'December Princess',which had a beautiful but melancholic melody. The only downside to this album was that it didn't contain the opening theme, otherwise this is a must buy for fans of the series.

Vampire Princess Miyu is a great show. It has great music too. The music is more background music...to maybe set a mood? but it's not the kind of music you'd listen to with friends. You'd listen to it by yourself. Like the show, the music is depressing. It wouldn't be party music. It has all the vocal songs from the show (which are all in Japanese). If you're the type of person who likes their music loud, this CD isn't for you. If you're the kind of person who likes mellow music to listen to by yourself, this CD may be for you. It's for you to decide.

The price on Amazon for this item at the moment is around $70.00, is the music from that show really worth that much? in my opinion, it's not because i rarely even play the music on this CD.
