This cd is awesome. The music is great and my kids
love the songs. When we are driving down the road
"I hear can you turn it up mom or can you play that
song again?" It has been hours of entertainment for
the family. We enjoy all the Now That's What I Call
Music cds. We have the whole collection accept for
Now 11 we still need that one. If you have not
listened to Now CD's you don't know what you are
missing. You should realy try it. Keep the kids
entertained.

Now 6 is definetely the best CD in the Now series yet! I love it! Most of the songs are really good. I love ATC's "Around The World", as well as K-Ci & JoJo's "Crazy" because they have great lyrics and music. I also like Jennifer Lopez's song,, as well as Coldplay's and Destiny's Child's "Independent Women Part I", which is really good. Samantha Mumba absolutely has potential, and I really like Incubus' "Drive", because I love the lyrics a lot. But my 3 favorite songs are as follows: 3) Fuel's "Hemorrhage (In My Hands), because the lyrics rock as does the music. 2) 3LW's "No More" because it is just a great song! This is my first Jlo album ever, yes I have a guilty pleasure of listening to her, I won't lie. Mi cansion favorito, "No Me Ames" or my favorite song is "No Me Ames". It's a sentimental and sad song, translated from a Italian poem, well that's what I heard. And Marc Anthony does the duet beautfiully with Jlo! And another favorite was "Should of Never" and of course, "If You Had My Love" or "Waiting for Tonight" in English and en esponal! Recommended for those who listen to Jlo!

heres a tip, if you can, try to get the CD that has 50 Cent in the song "i'm gonna be alright" cuz i originally got this CD when it first came out but unfortunately had to sell it due to situations out fo my control. then when i got to buy a new copy, i got what i THOUGHT was the same as the one i sold(not exactly the same, just a new copy) but unfortunately i was a bit let-down. i remembered that 50 cent was on that track(back when he wasn't known too well) and the song sounded really good with him doing his piece in it. but the new version isn't as good. still an excellent buy, even if ur not a rabid collector of her(i'm not. this is the only one i have of hers and i'm just fine with just that) its still a really great buy. but like i said, if u can, try to get the one with 50 ... I used to listen to Jennifer Lopez's debut album, "On the 6" all of the time. As soon as I popped in "J. Lo", I immediately noticed a slight improvement in her singing voice. I do not know if she was taking lots of vocal lessons or just matured a lot as a woman during that time, but it is easy to tell that she sounds better when she sings. This album is similar to her debut because there is a huge Latin aura surrounding this album; that is something that I always enjoyed with her albums because since I like R&B, I don't get a chance to hear much Latin music. Of course there is plenty of the pop/R&B sound on this album, but the Latin sound definitely gives her album distinction to other pop artists.

This Is Me...Then

I don't consider myself a J-Lo fan. Every now and then she releases a good single, but I don't leap for joy when a new J-Lo record hits stores. I happened to over hear this record in a friends car and I liked most of what I heard, so I decided to buy the album for myself. For the most part, I was pleased with this record. This album is very urban. Jennifer samples from several hip-hop tracks and delivers great beats on a lot of the tracks. She strays away from her Latin roots a little and approaches a more R&B style in her music, which I love. I'm shocked at the number of bad reviews this album has gotten. It is a good solid record. Rebirth

This is my first album I've ever listened to by J.Lo and I really like it. I am amazed at the amount of bad reviews people gave for this album, but I'm not a veteran J.Lo fan.

"Rebirth" is fun, funky, and gets me dancing. Some of the songs are kind of hokey. They're the type of songs I would expect to find on an Ace of Base album. No disrespect to Ace of Base because I like them too, but the lyrics get pretty cheesy sometimes. They are the type of songs you memorize and sing along to in the car.

In any event, if you haven't listened an album by J.Lo before, you'll enjoy this one very much. It's a nice blend of what you would expect, like dance songs, coupled with really nice r & b slow songs.

The Absolute Sound has been a premiere audiophile rag for decades. If you are one, you already know them. If not, then there is only a small chance their magazine will be useful to you. They have another publication for home theatre, "Perfect Vision" which has far broader appeal these days. SACD is the format for this disk. Many of them are pressed in "hybrid" for use on conventional CD players. SACD is a significant improvement on the CD, which initially promised "perfect sound forever".

Telarc is a particularly high quality label that supports SACD. They have a fine list of recordings that extends far beyond these chestnuts.
