I searched for her CD because I wanted her song "On My Knees". I had not heard any of her other music. When I got the CD and listened to it I was so pleased to find that I liked every song on it. It is wonderful Christian music and I listen to it often.

after reading the other reviews i felt compelled to write this. i actually thought this was one of her better albums. i definitely liked it better than "beauty has grace". judge for yourself. to be honest, i liked it as much, if not moreso, than "unspoken".

Crystal Clear

This is the BEST CD Jaci has made! It is very exciting Latin music. It is a Christian recording, but will hold the excitement of teenagers. I know, because I bought one for me, one for my grandaughter for her birthday (she loved mine so much and she's 14), and one for her boyfriend who had been listening to his sister's CD and had been wanting it! He is 15! If you like fast, exciting Latin music, by all means, don't miss getting this one!

Unspoken

My tastes in Christian music don't often lend themselves to a more contemporary sounding performer like Jaci Velasquez. I own a number of the WOW worship collections, but more often than not, you'll find me listening to choral or chant recordings;"Unspoken" is world away from my usual sacred music fare. Regardless, the first time I heard this infectious cd by Jaci Velasquez, I was hooked! She sings with an impassioned voice on exceptional cuts like "Jesus Is,""Lost Without You,""The Real Me,""He" and "Shine." This one is at the top of my short-list of favorite Contemporary Christian/Praise&Worship cds. Once you've heard it, you can't help but be taken in by the sound. Give this disc a try. It's a glorious addiction!

Beauty Has Grace

I received this CD as a gift at the time of it's release. I have a collection of about 560+ CDs. I still consistently and regularly listen to this album. I never came close to listening to any of her previous albums like I have this one. It is different from her previous albums. It's still pop, but the radio pop sound from her previous albums (found on tracks like Center of Your Love, Unspoken, Every Time I Fall, etc.) is not here. Jaci doesn't come out of the gates blasting her vocals just because she can, there's no cheesy background choirs, there are no filler tracks. The music has a beautiful jazz, and at times rock, influence. In every way, this album is a more mature release. The vocals, lyrics, music, all of it.

Christmas

This is the best Christmas CD I have ever heard. She does wonderful at presenting the "clasiscs" and introducing some new and exciting twists for Christmas. I listen to it all year round and sometimes take baths to it. I highly recommend this CD!

Llegar a Ti

Whether you speak Spanish or not, this is a great CD. The first song has a very strong latin vibe to it, and is a song you can sing in front of the mirror of (really!). I love the song Llegar a Ti, and Junto Mi. I like all of the songs, because they're all so smooth and rich. It's also nice to know you're not swearing in Spanish when you sing along! I really enjoyed this CD, and I'm sure you will too.

Milagro

I found "Milagro" to be about what I expected: a lot like Jaci's previous two Spanish albums, "Llegar A Ti and Mi Corazon." For those who liked those albums, definitely consider adding "Milagro" to your collection. As was the case with Jaci's previous Spanish albums, "Milagro" includes a few upbeat songs, a few slower ones, and a couple of songs which I recognized to be Spanish versions of English songs which can be found on other of her records. The main drawback of "Milagro" is that the lyrics are not printed in the album's booklet. To native or otherwise fluent Spanish-speakers, that won't be a problem, but for me, having the lyrics in front of me is helpful, since my Spanish comprehension is a little slow. Jaci Velasquez is the embodiment of grace and beauty. The Holy Spirit is definitely speaking through her voice. "Speak to Me" is the best track. Buy the CD and let the Spirit speak to you.
