Dramaby: Bitter:Sweet Release Date June 03, 2008 The first album drew me in because of a certain likeness to Supreme Beings of Leisure, but this one is more uniquely lounge sound. "The Bomb" is absolutely impossible to drive from your head. This album is a lot more diverse and varied, which keeps you interested start to finish. One minor complaint is the singer's need to lisp her s'es seemingly on purpose. "Sugar Mama" also sounds embarrassingly like "Don't Worry, Be Happy." But if you can get past the emulative flaws, you'll certainly enjoy the album while driving or chilling at home. |

The Mating Gameby: Bitter:Sweet Release Date April 24, 2006 Very smooth and cool tunes. Nearly every song on the album is great. I would say their newer album (2008) isn't as good, but this album is a must have! |
