This movie is very fun, and Kevin Kline and Sigourney Weaver are excellent in it.
Kevin Kline plays two parts in the movie, Dave and President Bill Mitchell. Dave operates a temp agency and also makes a few extra bucks playing President Bill Mitchell.
The night Mitchell is to give an important speech Dave is used as a decoy so that the real President can make it to the speech without the press hounding him. After the speech though the President meets up with one of his aids and while having sex has a massive stroke.
The Presidents advisers do not want the American people to know because they don't like Vice President Nance. They convince Dave to pretend to be Dave for a few months, which at first he does ... Read More:

This is a highly entertaining and suspenseful adventure movie. It also contains many funny scenes and great landscapes shots of the Pacific Ocean and of Kaua'i (the most northern main Hawaiian island). The storyline is believable with a delightful ending. The soundtrack is also delightful and does a wonderful job of supporting the action scenes. Main Actors: Harrison Ford, Anne Heche, and David Schwimmer. Also includes Taj Mahal singing The Calypsonians. The story includes suspenseful pirates chase scenes intertwined with comedy and romance. Can be enjoyed by the entire family.

Crime drama, romance, comedy, CUTE kids (the comedic and cute kids elements often blended together in a *kids say the darndest things* format) - all of these parts make up a satisfying and sweet-natured film! Loved it.

I have always loved this movie. When I found this Unrated version with some cuts that never made it in the original, I bought it. It's worth every penny of the low price I paid. This is one of those movies you can watch over and over again. I also bought it to allow my nephews to watch it. They've never seen this movie and I know they'll love it.

A childhood of my generation would not be complete without the story of "Ghostbusters". This is fun madcap adventures dabbling into the mocked up world of the occult. Here are the classic lines and scenes in all their glory. It's a comedic blast that just has to be kept around.
Release Date January 02, 2007
I bought this DVD of both films because I enjoyed the drama, trials and consquences in them, and I'm glad that they got together in this DVD so I can continue watching them one at a time and enjoy even more! I'm also glad capitions and subtitles are permitted in it since I'm a Deaf person!

you'll like this movie. Basically, it's slapstick comedy with silliness and fun special affects. You've got bad singing, a time where you jam with the main character and weird sex jokes. There's golf course jokes. Basically, it's stupid fun but wacky enough to make you watch it again and again. Honestly, I know it's not necessarily a cinematic movie - but then again - the point of movies is to enjoy oneself.

This should be or perhaps it is a cult classic. This is one of my favorite older movies. Bill Murray while he's no super funny in Meatballs, his humor shines along with the cast of mostly non-stars. Harvey Atkins is the Camp Director Morty (Not Mickey!) Melnick who tries to keep order at Camp North Star while at the same time his counselors and counselors-in-training (CIT's for short) keep their hormones and hijinks in check. Naturally the leader of his counselors on the male side is Tripper Harris (Bill Murray) and on the female side you have Roxanne who Trip loves but the feeling isn't mutual. Throw in the fact that Morty/Mickey constantly finds himself waking up in unpleasant fashion. Whether it's high on a tree (including his side table with his alarm clock) or ... Read More:

I remember seeing this movie at the theater - went with a friend who, I knew, had an odd sense of humor, so I was ready for just about anything. I wasn't ready for Louis DePalma meets the Terminator, though! The stop-you-in-your-tracks oddity of big, buff Arnold as the twin of altitudinally challenged, less than buff Danny was just the beginning.
Not a deep movie - certainly no "Brave New World" - but a really fun trip. My two youngest (teenage boys) loved this movie, even though it was recommended by Mom.

Sadly enough, it was largely unfunny and uninteresting. I love Uma Thurman and I love Luke Wilson, but apparently they are two great tastes that do not taste great together. I am curious as to what it was about the script that attracted them.
Uma Thurman plays Jenny Johnson, a single, lonely artist, and her alter ego -- the super hero G-Girl. Jenny begins dating Matt (Luke Wilson), revealing her alter ego over the course of their relationship, and after her insane, neurotic, girl-jealousy prods him to break up with her, she uses her super powers to make him really, really regret dumping her. There was nothing at all interesting about either character.
Luke Wilson's Matt was stereotypical Luke Wilson. An adorable, average sort of guy totally lacking ... Read More:
