This is a very nice 3 DVD set. The music videos are all great to see and hear. Most of them are very nicely reproduced and cleaned up (one or two could have used more). Only a couple of the videos I could live without (the one with Michael Jackson . . . but I just don't like him after the jackson 5, Ebony and Ivory, and London Town) but there are really kewl ones on here. Some of them are Maybe I'm Amazed, Coming Up, No More Lonely Nights, Pipes of Peace, and Fine Line (there are secretly 2 versions of this video, you can play both of the first 2 DVDs, which contain the videos, one way chronology and a personal playist Paul made, watch Fine Line in both to get 2 versions of the video). The commentaries are nice too!

I was really taken by the Kids' performance on this one. Their voices were a bit raspy but hey, age catches up with us all. That camera take of good ol' Thunder Fingers (RIP) gave a true look at the Ox's unique way to play the hell of a bass. He will always be remembered. I was particularly pleased with Zack's drum performance (he's no Keith, of course... but he's excellent none the less), which brings me to to the fact that Keith wasn't even mentioned or remembered or not even a picture or something to his tribute. Pete's unique guitar playing was excellent as usual, even after all those years. The talent guests gave an excellent performance and adapted very well to the Who songs and were a nice treat. And best of all, it was for all those teenage ... Read More:

This DVD has it all: Great set list, great sound quality, music videos, low price!
I first owned the CD from this concert. I fell in love with it and couldn't wait to buy the DVD. $12 is a great price too! I was surprised how many songs are on the set list. The CD only has 11 tracks, while the DVD has 16 songs and 8 music videos! Also, the 5.1 surround mix is great! I expected just 2.0 dolby surround because it's from the 90's. Gibbon's voice is so clear and crisp! The whole mix is great! The video is a little grainy (sometimes on purpose with old cameras) but it doesn't detract from the concert. Very happy with my purchase!!!!

Oasis have been around for 14+ years now, but by far their best stuff was released between 1994 and 1996, the double-shot genius of "definitely maybe" and "morning glory", plus all the great b-sides in between. IMO, at that time comparisons with the Beatles were well-earned: No act since the Fab Four had released so many good songs in so short a period of time.
Thus, this DVD, recorded in 1996, captures the band at their absolute commercial and artistic peak. All the great songs from the first two records are here, and the Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound is perfect.

The central purpose of the film is to set up a panoramic view of the heavy metal scene from its begining with Black Sabbath to recent efforts such as Korn and Slipknot. In this way, the documentary fullfills its objective. Well informed, with key commentors such as Dee Snyder and Jonhattan Davis, and enough examples of the sounds they're talking about. Perhaps the only fault (but this is something common in this kind of TV oriented pieces) is the lack of analysis of the Extreme Heavy Metal Movement around the world. But, if you're looking for some informed entertainment the picture is quite good.
