above all though Kurt saves this dismal disgrace of journalism but the sincerity by the author of Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana Michael Azerrad isnt easily overlooked (he makes a cameo at the end).

This DVD was pretty interesting,but Id only recommend it to the hardcore fan who cant get enough.There is no Nirvana music or footage since its an unauthorized look at his life.Its full of interviews of people from Kurt's youth, such as Dale crover, schoolmates,Tracy "About a girl" Marander, and Leland Cobain, his grandpa.Its the same old tale of divorce,drugs,alienation, and rock and roll.Pretty cool if youre interested in hearing obscure little facts, like Cobain getting high off of Edge shave gel.otherwise stay away.

This documentry is so artistic, the filmpgraphy is outstanding, and the interviewess seem so tense making the film somehat eerie and artsy. You feel like your in a creepy dream when watching this, strange but addictive documentry, I'd even watch one more time, and I usually only watch documentrie and movies once, and never again.

Okay, I've seen these "Music Box Collection" DVDs all over media stores in my city, ranging from Jimi Hendrix to John Lennon to Kurt Cobain, and for a while have wanted to check them out (being a big music documentary buff). Christmas came around, I wanted to get my girlfriend a bunch of goodies for Christmas and her being a long time Nirvana fan I picked this up. Thank God it was on sale, and thank God it wasn't the only thing I got her, because after about five minutes of viewing it, I couldn't help but think they were joking. I mean seriously, this video is trash.

It features two people, one of whom taught Kurt Cobain a few chords on his guitar for like a week a long long time ago, sit there and talk about him and talk about Aberdeen. It barely has any ... Read More:
