there is many kinds of humor
dry humor
moist humor
wet humor
I think Dave has wet humor
it doesn't hold back, it goes full speed to the joke and doesn't ask questions. unlike dry humor, which has satire and nobody quite understands without a little help.
Dave is hilarious. this was my first time actually watching his show, but it was so good that I bought season 2 and now I might get one of his specials or something.

"All this nothing has meant more to me than so many somethings." -- Kathleen
This captivating film from Nora Ephron about finding that special someone who makes our heart beat faster and lends love to our small lives is one of the best. While no adaptation of Lubitsch's The Shop Around the Corner starring Jimmy Stewart and the winsome Margaret Sullavan could be as fully realized as that screen classic, no one can deny the great romantic appeal and utter charm of this one.
New York is photographed by cinematographer John Lindley as a magical place for romance to bloom. Meg Ryan is disarmingly enchanting as the blossom Tom Hanks finds so much beauty in through email correspondence, not realizing until too late ... Read More:

I believe this DVD had a skip that I didn't like so I never got to finish it. Something was wrong with this DVD because I only watched it once and never again. I just can't remember what it was.
Release Date March 25, 1998
Con Air is a good movie with decent action and acting. It has drama, some dry humor and even a bit of romance. Nicholas Cage and John Malkovich are really great as adversaries. The only thing that I would change about this movie is Nic's southern accent. It's okay but a bit too twangy. Other than that, it's a fantastic movie. I could watch it again and again.
Release Date February 15, 2005
I got my movie as soon as it said I would. It was in new, perfect condition. It made a great present. It's a great funny movie.

Dave Chappelle is the most talented comedian we have out of the current generation being groomed for stardom. Now I know what those that aren't familiar with the comedic ranks will say something like, "Well I've heard so many great things about this Dane Cook guy." Well that's your first mistake, comparing Dane Cook to a comedian (Cook's well known for plagiarism, just ask Robin Williams. Where do you think Dane got the run around stage frantically routine?).
But back to Dave, you know how you can tell he's entertaining - by showing how much fun he's having on stage. And he does that here, you can see it when he tells a joke and then stumbles like he does on this DVD under the fit of his own joy.
The topics he uses are wonderful, and if you ... Read More:

I love this movie/concert production by the always brilliant and funny Dave Chappelle! The music is amazing, the commentaries and insightful, and Dave's jokes are appropriate (it's not a comedy or stand-up, he's just being himself). As a child of the 70s, I can appreciate this movie on so many levels. First of all, it is reminiscient of the movie concerts of the past (before You Tube, etc.). Secondly, the music and the choice of musicians is brilliant. However you want to categorize the artists (Hip Hop, Neo Soul, etc), they are the voice of now and conscious artists who commit not only to their artistry but also to being activist and supporters of the community. Thirdly, you get to see that Dave Chappelle is multifaceted and truly concerned with providing people with food ... Read More:
