I love this movie/concert production by the always brilliant and funny Dave Chappelle! The music is amazing, the commentaries and insightful, and Dave's jokes are appropriate (it's not a comedy or stand-up, he's just being himself). As a child of the 70s, I can appreciate this movie on so many levels. First of all, it is reminiscient of the movie concerts of the past (before You Tube, etc.). Secondly, the music and the choice of musicians is brilliant. However you want to categorize the artists (Hip Hop, Neo Soul, etc), they are the voice of now and conscious artists who commit not only to their artistry but also to being activist and supporters of the community. I own Meteor Man and every time my nephews visit, they can't wait to watch it! It's cute with lots of great black actors. It's silly, but fun and the message is positive. I give Robert Townsend lots of credit for making a black superhero movie and I even have the Meteor Man action figure that came out after the movie! Watch the movie and enjoy!

This movie is a good one. Yes, it's educational. It deals with black issues such as REPARATIONS for slavery was never given, and how the same people who were against black folks being free were the same ones stealing land from the m. Van Peebles deals with this issue with ease and still manages to make a very entertaining movie as well.

If the movies was truly as bad as the reviewer attempts to make it out to be, why, in gods name would it be so expensive??

Survivor Series has been somewhat disappointing, for me, in the last two years & considering how the quality of WWE PPVs were going in late 2007, I entered this one with caution. Then unexpectedly, I witnessed one of WWE's best efforts of 2007 with only one match that should have been scratched off the surface of the earth.

ECW Champion CM Punk vs John Morrison vs The Miz. A good way to begin the show as these three mixed very well together & truly delivered a solid contest that features some nice spots & everyone looking strong at the same time.
