I dont have any other way to express it. Sublime. Not only the selection of songs is amazing, but there is an atmosphere that I just cant remember having felt in any other concert. All this comes from somebody who, even recognizing Andrea is among the top singers in the world, is not a big fan.

The orchestra is magnificent to say the least.

Listening to DVD in DTS is an out of the world experience. Everybody should have a copy.

I have always been deeply moved by music to the very core of my being, at times bringing tears and actual pain in hearing particularly moving pieces performed. Andrea Bocelli's singing comes from within his soul and inner self, as demonstrated by his incredible expressiveness of what he is singing. He also has a huge lung/breath capacity, and to me unimagineable capabilities in controlling it. I am definitely not an opera officianado, but thoroughly enjoy this concert of familiar exerpts including some in duet with Nuccia Focile. The sections of the tape which are of him speaking of his home and family are especially endearing and much appreciated. It was an excellent choice when I decided to buy this DVD. So many friends have seen it, and it's simply spectacular and make all of us very emotional about it. If you want to keep a good video about the life of Pope John Paul II, this is it!!!I reccommend it 100%!
