Legendby: Clannad Release Date September 01, 2003 As a hard core Moody Blues fan, I read an article about Tony Clarke producing this album in the Moody Blues magazine Higher and Higher. Since Tony Clarke did a fantastic job with the Moodies, I thought I'd try this album out and see just what it was like. The article I read indicated that Tony Clark was asked to produce Clannad's Legend album, a task which he under took. He was supposed to incorporate the sounds of the Moody Blues, Alan Parsons, and Pink Floyd rolled into one. Again, Tony Clarke came through. Legend is one brilliant album and if you listen closely, you can hear the Parsons, Moodies, and Floyd influences in this recording. This is one of the best recording I have heard in a very long time.
