- Amazing....
It isn't often you find an entire album that is really really great. This one definitely is a GREAT album through and through. She has a beautiful voice, beautiful lyrics, and a beautiful "spirit" that truly shines through in her music.
Rating: - Everyone needs to add Leona Lewis to their collection of music
Great CD! Every song is a great one! Have not heard a fresh female voice like this in forever!

I should have known better, just looking at the song titles. Any album that contains songs called "Angel" should be approached with skepticism and caution.
And the record does indeed hold many "when you need a shelter from the rain/when you need a healer for your pain, here I am" kind of songs. So if you are into uber-cheesy, you will most certainly enjoy this record.
For the rest of us, who welcomed Christina's and 'Mimi's "emancipations", seeing them grow from warbling the standard pop ballad to artists who abundantly express themselves through their music, popular or not - we will have to wait a while longer.
I do hope that Leona will eventually find her own authentic style and get away from those who think that her impressive range needs to be FULLY exhibited in EACH and EVERY song - and that this alone makes good music.

I recommand her songs to anyone I heard one song from her and Loved it so got the CD and I love them all and now my Daughters are Borrowing it and I miss it a lot not sure when I get it back LOL :)

I love every song on this CD and I must say that everyone at work, where I play it, loves it, too.
