Fantastic music which has the ability to put me in a very relaxed state and to let go of stress easily. If it helps balance my chakras in the meantime, then that's an added bonus! Highly recommended.

I purchased this cd along with several others back in the summer, and I wanted to say just how much I love this album! It is easily my favourite out of all of my cd's (and I've amassed quite a few now!) I use it for Reiki, my massage therapy, meditation as well as simply putting it on repeat at bed for peaceful sleeping. I also enjoy having it on in the background, both at work and at home, quietly playing. I can really feel the music working, balancing my chakras, and I just simply adore it. This was my first album by Steven Halpern, and it hasn't been my last. If you're looking for a good healing/meditation/bodywork/relaxation cd, I highly recommend it.

How can you not love this? After listening to just 6 tracks and 20 minutes of material, I feel well balanced and stress-free. The music was truly like being in heaven. I recommend this to anyone that is in need of mental and spirtual healing. I have had lots of stress, and I've been depressed so much, but that's why I decided to order this CD and several others. I'm in need of change and it's starts here with this fantastic CD. I think music of this sort is the key to changing lives for better in every aspect. Kudos to Steven Halpern for creating a relaxating masterpiece.
