- This is one of the best soundtracks, if not the best .
This soundtrack is just . . . awesome. It represents the 70's but has good music that anyone can listen too. It is great music for any occasion. I just love this soundtrack.

Great songs!!!Jim Dandy Mangrum is my father-in-law, so my favorite song was of course, "Jim Dandy To The Rescue" You know, Elvis told Jim that he should do that song and as he told me, "When the King tells you to do it, you do it." This whole soundtrack brings back wonderful memories of no worries and being stoned and lovin' and living life to the fullest.

I would have given this 4 1/2 stars, but considering there is no 1/2 star, 4 stars it is. All tracks are fabulous 70's fare from heavy metal to AM friendly pop songs. One problem: They included uncut versions of STRANGLEHOLD & HIGHWAY STAR, but gave us the edited version of SLOW RIDE. The weak spots are LOVE HURTS & TUESDAY's GONE. Other than those 2 tracks, this is the ultamate party CD ! The surprize highlight of this soundtrack: CHERRY BOMB!!! It's a hoot.

This soundtrack in particular brings home the wild times teenagers had in the seventies.Although I am 19 I absolutely love this cd and tell everyone who loves a great tune to go out and buy this.

I loved the soundtrack, because not only did it bring back memories, the music tracks were excellent. They picked some of the best songs from the seventies. The movie was good also. I liked the soundtrack alot better though. All I have to say, is if you were a teenager in the seventies, this is the soundtrack to get.
