The resulting albums - 1987's self-titled Whitesnake and 1989's Slip of the Tongue - are the band's best known works (thanks in no small part to some very memorable videos), and are collected in this great 2-disc set from French reissue label Axe Killer. Disc 1 is the complete self-titled 1987 Whitesnake album, digitally remastered, with three bonus tracks - Looking for Love, Standing in the Shadows (remix), and Need Your Love So Bad (remix).
