About Timeby: Steve Winwood Release Date November 08, 2005 This is a great album and real return to form for Mr. Winwood. I can't believe that I missed it the first time around - saw it but never got around to buying it; it happens. Unfortunately my machine falls into the catagory warned of on the cover where it says "The audio side of this DualDisc does not conform to CD specifications and therefore will not play on some CD and DVD players". The DVD side plays though and makes the purchase worthwhile in its own right: the album and the live concert performances and extra tracks are terrific. Hearing Mr. Winwood rip into 'Voodoo Chile' seems to complete some sort of circle. Makes me want to play 'Electric Ladyland' straight away! |
