The Living Daylightsby: Various Artists, John Barry Release Date February 11, 2003 The Living Daylights proved to be John Barry's last Bond score to date. It was a new era for the series with a new Bond (Timothy Dalton) taking over. Yet despite the changes in the film one thing stayed the same: John Barry's ability to create yet another excellent Bond score. The score (and the CD by definition) is largely an action based making excellent use of the main title theme song, the song Where Has Everybody Gone? and the James Bond Theme. With Barry taking a heavy synthesizer feel to the score it has both a feel of being modern (mid-1980's) and yet give it a classic feeling to it as well.
