My one suggestion for anyone buying this CD is if you are going to use it FOR MEDITATION PLAY TRACK 2 FIRST!!! I say this due to a slightly mischievious piper solo about 10 minutes into the first track. This could be distracting at for unwinding. However, I recomend using this CD at night to increase chances of lucid dreaming. Always play track 2 first. |
