For the record, Townes Van Zandt both wrote and performs Dead Flowers. Sir Mick, the Glimmer Twins, The Rolling Stones, whateveryouwanttocallthemtoday recorded Townes's song and made it famous. Luckily, the Coen Bros know the original is the best. Too bad that who ever posted this text originally didn't know the difference. |
