Soulful Dressby: Marcia Ball Release Date August 22, 1989 This CD is a very good effort from Marcia. The songs move from mid tempo to slower but all have a very catchy groove. Marcia has an underrated voice and she sings her songs with great emotion. There are many highlights on this CD and songs that stick with me throughout the day after listening to them. They somehow "stick themselves" in your mind and repeat themselves in your mind over and over. Another must for blues fans, an underrated one that should be added as soon as possible to your collection. |
