The stories have helped teach him to let go of his anger, and by playing them at night when he's had a particularly overwhelming day I find him having more and more Good mornings. After story time I step out of the room and can hear him following the steps of what are guided meditations for children. Any of the CD's in this series are good. Some are geared a little more toward girls overall, but they all have something for all children. My son's favorite story disc is the one with the Angry Octopus. With the help of these CD's he truly understands now that he has control over his own emotions. |
