 Rating: - Been there before...A four-star Van Morrison CD for sure, but if you have the 1998 Remaster, don't bother, it's exactly the same, except for the deletion of the re-mastering credits! (Insert your own crass comment here). Rating: - Great Sound and Fantastic Performance!Van Morrison's live recordings are always a pleasure to hear anytime and anywhere. A true artist, he never does a song the same way twice. His re-invention of "Beautiful Vision", for example, reveals a touch of Country with a generous helping of classic Soul, thanks to backup singers Katie Kissoon, Blanca Thornton, and Carol Kenyon. "Cleaning Windows" is given a funky treatment from the horn section led by Pee Wee Ellis. "Dweller On The Threshold", "Haunts Of Ancient Peace", "Full Force Gale" - they're all here in one setting, many of them eclipsing their studio counterparts.
