Editorial Review:
Album Description: 2007 digipak pressing of this exceptional young talent. It's the maturity that hits you first. Songs about love, loss, hope, despair, life and death, delivered with pristine soulfulness by a voice that could weave a tapestry. A voice whose owner is only just finishing school. This is Justin Nozuka, 18 years old, New York-born but Toronto-raised and based. He's unassuming to a fault, but has made an album that's swiftly gaining attention and doing the talking for him. 12 tracks (including a hidden bonus cut, 'Don't Listen To A Word You've Heard'. ) Outcaste.

I just saw Justin Nozuka live in Philly and he rocked! And it was his last performance as a teenager! Can you believe it? A teenager!? Such phenomenal talent and depth! He sang his heart out for the crowd with an acoustic encore of "Oh Momma" downstage and without a mic and boy, did we appreciated it.
You rock, Justin.

The song "After Tonight" was the reason I bought the CD and it is a fantastic song. The rest of the CD is okay, the pace of the other songs is fairly consistent but without the energy of the standout tune. This band should seek more up-tempo opportunities.

Soon I couldn't get it out of my head, and then the next thing I knew, I was searching for his videos on YouTube. After listening to only three songs: 'After Tonight', 'Save Him', and 'Mr. Therapy Man', I had already decided that this was an amazing artist who's album I just had to own. When I bought and uploaded the album to my MP3 player, I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I was definitely optimistic. And I wasn't disappointed.
The one thing that sets Justin apart from other artists his age is his bluesy, soulful style. While listening ... Read More:

Before actually buying the CD, I read from some other people that it was a great CD so I just took the chance and bought it, hoping that I would like it. Normally, this isn't the type of music I listen to, but it was a pleasant surprise. I feel like some of the lyrics could have been a little better, but it was still good. It's deep and from the heart and there's something about his voice that is just wonderful.
