Editorial Review:
Amazon.com: Welcome to the Dollhouse, Danity Kane's upcoming sophomore album, finds the ladies hotter than ever. The set is the follow-up to their blockbuster debut, which made a spectacular #1 debut on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 album chart upon its initial 2006 release. Fueled by the top 10 smash, "Show Stopper," the self-titled album went on to achieve RIAA platinum certification for U.S. sales exceeding one million units. Now, with their new single, "DAMAGED," Danity Kane have more than matched their Cinderella story debut, crafting an irresistible collection of new hits in association with such studio superstars as Danja, Stereotypes, Bryan Michael Cox, and Seven Aurelius (LL Cool J, Ashanti, Vanessa Carlton).

It's the first time I've listened to Danity Kane. At first the dance-like beats struck me and the music made me feel like dancing to a fast R&B style, but then I became overwhelmed with the number of voices and sounds overlapping. It just felt like too much, each voice repeating the same word over and over until it sounded like a slightly chaotic echo. At the same time, I still think the beats are really catchy, and I think it's a good CD to listen to in the car or whenever you need some up-beat music.

There first cd was alright only a few tracks were okay, but it was to hyped and played out. I wasn't even going to pick there 2nd cd up after watching the show they made it seem like they had bad tracks so I even wondered about getting it.
my friend picked it up for my birthday and I played the cd out in my car I loved almost every track. made me wish I never picked up the day 26 cd because the hype was higher with them just goes to show me don't listen to hype.

First of all, I loved their first album so this is a huge let down. Their repetition (excuse me? Repeating "damaged" or anything else a million times is NOT a chorus!), choppy rhythm (they switch to and from a'cappella imitations of The Chordettes. At least that's what it sounds like. Interesting idea but not well executed), and dumb lyrics are killing me.

I love this album. Its a little better than the first. This album shows that they have more than matched their Cinderella story debut. They craft an irresistible collection of new hits. The songs are R&B-infused pop that bursts with radio-ready tunes. On the album cover, they look very sexy(that what made me get this album). This album has been certified Gold. This album needs better promotion.

When WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE was released on March 18, 2008, it sold more than the first album [which is also a banger]. The CD includes lots of different types of songs like the off beat KEY TO MY HEART to catchy tunes of 2 OF YOU... This CD is enjoyable to all extents.
1. Welcome to the Dollhouse Intro [Diddy] - [**] Could have done with out Diddy - the girls should have intro'd their own CD
2. Bad Girl - [****] Killa Song from the beginning to the end.. The intro to the song makes you come into a trance and the melodic vocals are something else MISSY ELLIOTT just adds more to the track with her rap Great song and great way to open the album
3. Damaged - [***] Catchy song. good first single. ... Read More:
