I ordered Chris Botti's "A Thousand Kisses Deep" on one morning and later decided that I did not want it because of harsh criticism of the cd from a close friend. However, fortunately, when I e-mailed the seller of the cd to let him/her know I had changed my mind and wanted the order cancelled, it had already been shipped. THANK GOODNESS!!!
With a bit of trepidation, I placed the cd in the player I have in my office. I was immediately transfixed, and transported to another world with his sound. I could hardly wait to leave the office so that I could play the cd in my car. WOW!!! What can I say?! I listened to this music just after the summer months, which seemed fitting, because the change in the season and the music together was a growing process. I found the song, "A Thousand Kisses Deep" to be a celebration of life, being both sad and joyful at the same time. A Thousand Kisses Deep

I first heard Chris Botti on MySpace, of all places, put his great jazz rendition of The Look of Love on my profile and couldn't stop listening. I like the CD. A few cuts don't live up to my expectations, but overall, I would buy the CD again for the ones that do. Those are fantastic.

This was my first Chris Botti CD. I return to it almost daily. So soothing and features some talented, relaxing voices alongside his adept trumpet-playing. If in doubt about purchasing this CD, do it!
