Editorial Review:
Description: This live 2 1/2 hour DVD was filmed at the band's 25th anniversary, recorded with 8 cameras in Dolby 5.1 Surround, and includes guest appearances by Brian May, Fast Eddi Clarke,Doro Pesch and Whitfield Crane. Also features rare photos, TV appearances, interviews, an acoustic bonus track, history of the band in Lemmy's own words, 20 min. EPK featuring interviews with the band and guest stars and 6 live-tracks from 2001 Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany.
Amazon.com: It seems like only yesterday that Lemmy and cohorts changed metal with their earthshaking, thundering sound--a 25th-anniversary concert in London puts to rest the notion that Motörhead are past their prime. Don't tell that to sole original member Lemmy: the singer-bassist still performs with the same intensity he did a quarter-century ago. This nearly two-hour set is filled with memorable Motörhead moments, from the opening, boastful "We Are Motörhead" to the trio of headbanging encores, "Bomber," "Ace of Spades," and "Overkill." Guest stars, like former member Eddie Clarke and Queen guitarist Brian May, make for a more festive occasion than most Motörhead shows. DVD extras are plentiful: music videos for "God Save the Queen" and "Sacrifice"; an acoustic version of "Ain't No Nice Guy"; four extra songs "Live at Wacken"; a multiangle option during "I'm So Bad"; additional interviews; Motörhead member bios; anamorphic widescreen; and Dolby 5.1 sound. --Kevin Filipski

I read all the mixed reviews on this dvd. Took my chances and bought the dvd anyway. I was not disappointed and would recommend it to anyone reading this review. This dvd has so many Motorhead songs from over the years on it. The cameras do cover alot of ground at this historic show but it's no different than most concert dvds I've seen. The pace of the camera movement is only noticable if your looking for it. Just adjust the tone control on your sound system and let the volume rip. This concerts soundtrack is what home theatre is all about and makes this dvd worthwhile for this rocker.

I don't get the (few) bad reviews this dvd is getting. The sound and picture quality are above standard and the camera movement captures the excitement of the show. The extra features alone are worth the price. If you are into Motorhead this one will not let you down!!

This DVD is a must have for any MOTORHEAD fan, and at the time marked the 25 th anniversary of the band in a special concert at the Brixton Academy London England, october 22, 2000.
This DVD is very special for the extra features that includes an acoustic version of the classic "Ain't no nice guy" by lemmy and phil (awesome) plus the complete music videos for "sacrifice" and " god save the queen" rarely played on the video music channels on the american market, Backstage interviews with all the members of the band and the road crew, 4 extra songs at a festival " live at wacken open air", also a special gallery motorhead members past and present described by lemmy.
The difference between this one and "stage fright"( ... Read More:
