 Rating: - A true healing sound!I am so glad I found this album! I have been looking for that perfect haling meditation sound for some time now and I've hit the jackpot with this one! The balance between nature sounds and musical instruments creates a warm and inviting atmosphere positive energy. I also recommend Chakra Healing Chants. Rating: - Glad I have itI love Soothing Sanctuary and this is equally tranquil for me. Great for my morning Yoga and also perfect for tuning into after a long hard day. The melodies are enough that I'm not zoned out but the nature sounds pull me into a state of mellowness quickly. Rating: - Great Connection!A beautiful album! This is ideal for my yoga and meditations, it's hard to find something that fits the bill as well as this. The connection between the sounds of nature and of the instruments comes through brilliantly. Highly recommended. Also check out Chakra Healing Zone. Rating: - Soothing Sounds for the Stressed-OutOn the back of this CD it states this music is by "pioneer sound healers". I'm aware of the therapeutic effects that music can possess but I've never heard of "sound healers" before. I won't argue, I'll take their word for it. One thing I do know - this is incredibly beautiful and effective music for meditating, relaxing and falling asleep. Some numbers contain the serene bliss of nature sounds right up front combined with soothing melodies while others keep the ocean, wind and whatever else softly layered in the background. A few more numbers are accompanied by whispery female vocals. All the tracks flow together nicely without any abrupt changes in mood.
