 Rating: - WonderfulThis CD is the best I ever heard. It is so so relaxing, and tranquil, it will take you back to the summertime months, filled with joyous memories of the beautiful ocean air, sounds of the seagulls, and just pure relaxation. Just sit back and meditate to this music, close you eyes, and you will love it. I am actually hosting a meditation night open to my friends, with soup and bread to start the evening, & using your CD to do this. Thank you so much for making my life more relaxing! Often when I purchase music for massage there ends up being one song on the CD which is not appropriate for relaxation. This CD is consistant throughout. The calming sounds vary slightly, approximately every 5 minutes. With twelve 5 minute songs/sounds, it is easy to move about the body without looking at a clock. I highly recommend this CD for massage or Reiki, or anytime you want to set a relaxing mood. It also advertises a bonus booklet on Reiki. Don't get too excited about that...I tossed it. |
