Flute, violin, ney, aud, rebala, and accordion flesh out these extended, ambient grooves in an evocative, textural tapestry aimed as much at the mind as at the feet.  Rating:  - nice! Very Nice!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!Very peaceful and relaxing music to chill-out with. I also love burning some nice incense with most of my World Music, but especially with this one! Rating: - Great for Meditation or DanceHossam Ramzy is great but Hossam Ramzy and Phil Thornton together are really something else. I have all of their "Egypt" albums on my ipod and it puts in you a meditative state but you can still dance. Odd but true. Rating:  - CDI love the music, but my CD came scratched. I was not very happy about that. I only got to listen to it once!!!! Rating:  - Great!I love this cd! I think the music on this disc is both interesting, entertaining, and fun. The tracks are very distinct and the musicianship is superb. Rating: - Dance-able!Compulsively dance-able! This lovely CD is also good for listening to whenever. Nice as a background, but hardly boring. You can't ignore it, but it isn't intrusive either. Highly recommended for dancers. |
