If you are serious about meditation, and, do not wish to waste time, then, this is the CD for you. This CD is "meditation made easy"; no more gurus, cults, sects, or expensive programs. Just put it on, and listen to it! Jeff Labno Los Angeles Rating: - Soothing, Mindless, Relaxation and HealingThea will bring you to a place of static, soothing relaxation. The music is specially helpful for those with Monkey minds and is amazing when used with headphones (I highly recommend this). You can hear Thea's breathing but it is very soft and unoticeable once you focus on the sound of the bowls. I don't find that it interferes with the music. I have also used the music for centering, chakra alingment, and healing and it works great. Be prepared to leave the world behind when you turn the music on! Rating: - Amazing Experience!I meditate at least two hours a day, and Thea Surasu's Singing Bowls of Shangri-la is my favorite meditation CD. Within minutes I am in the emptiness and time ceases. That is wonderful in itself, but what happens in my body is indescribably delicious. Not only do I feel profoundly relaxed but also a fullness, a light, a resonance develops that is one of the most pleasing sensations I have ever experienced.
