 Rating:  - What a sleep saver!This is such a great help to all mother's out there who don't feel that letting their babies cry themselves to sleep is admiral option. It shouldn't be an option at all, and this book agrees! It helped me understand her sleeping patterns, and to help my princess through them. I have told every mother I can about this book. It's not only for mother's who are having problems with their children not sleeping, it's for all mother's to better understand their children's needs. I LOVE this book! Rating: - Thank God for this bookI was so thankful when I read this book. If nothing else it made me feel relief that I was not alone in having a child that was not a good sleeper and not alone in being a parent that did not want to let my son "cry it out" as everyone was telling me. I implemented some of Elizabeth's ideas and immediatly my son slept better. It also enlightened me to many reality's that I did not know and so changed my pserspective on the whole problem. It is important to realize that these techniques take some experimenation and patience.
