This album is great, as all Sarah's albums. It gets you into the Holiday spirit, even though the Holiday season is not here just yet.

I really love it, and I strongly recommend it! I hope Sarah will sing live some of it during her Symphony tour in few weeks -- yey, I'm gonna see her live!!!

When I saw Paul Potts perform on You Tube I was totally in awe. His voice literally gave me goose bumps and made me feel tearful with awe over the wonderful voice this man has. I could hardly believe what I was hearing. I've since bought his album and am thrilled to have it.

After a succession of unadventurous "greatest hits" CDs, finally the mold is broken (intended pun!) with the "New Dawn" release.

For me, "New Dawn" comes as a mix of relief, joy, and a slight disappointment. The joy is that there is plenty of new material with wider-ranging styles, and even the older material has a new feel. Disappointment, that they still didn't dare to go beyond excellent and all the way to thrilling. But only somebody familiar with the earlier Libera releases would understand... The level of musicianship remains astounding.

Sing We Christmas

I simply don't have the words to describe the sublimity of this CD. Breathtaking? Sublime? I'm not sure words have been invented for it.

It was my first Chanticleer CD, recommended by a music club, and it certainly hasn't been my last, but it's still my favorite. I love it so much that I listen to it year-round--even in the heat of summer, when I put on this CD, it's Christmastime to me by the end of "Es ist ein Ros".

The voices are simply amazing. It sounds like angels singing. I think part of the haunting, resounding sound that sets this CD apart from other choral CDs (and even from other Chanticleer ones) is that it was recorded in a cathedral, so there are some amazing acoustics.
